高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
羽球／差1周 小戴世界球后史上第3

世界羽聯（BWF）最新世界排名出爐，台灣女單好手戴資穎繼續穩坐世界球后寶座，累計時間邁入第115周，到3月6日的全英公開賽開打時，戴資穎已經超越中國王儀涵，成為史上在位第3久的世界球后。

儘管戴資穎在1月中旬的馬來西亞大師賽結束後就不曾出賽，排名積分已不到10萬分，但與暫居2、3名的日本奧原希望及西班牙瑪琳（Caroline Marin），都還有1萬餘分的差距，直到3月6日開打的全英公開賽結束前，仍可穩坐世界球后寶座。
自BWF實施世界排名積分以來，共出現11位世界球后，戴資穎是第10位，在位時間最長的是中國李雪芮，累計周數達124周，接下來是張寧的122周，累計116周的王儀涵則排名第3。
戴資穎是在2016年12月1日登上世界球后，在蟬連74周後，卻因為BWF改變賽制，使得排名積分在2018年4月18日被日本山口茜超越而讓出球后寶座，不過小戴在5月3日再次奪回球后頭銜，直至今日為止，累計世界球后周數已達115周。
此外，BWF在去年10月25日所公布的最新世界排名中，戴資穎先以101517的排名積分，成為繼李雪芮之後，第2位積分突破10萬分門檻的女子球員，隔周再以101667的分數，締造羽球女單史上最高排名積分紀錄。
